26oz (about 770 ml) holds a main portion of soup, ramen or stew. 32oz (about 950 ml) takes a large portion or noodles with broth.
Soup bowls take hot and cold food. Salad bowls are for cold and prepared food such as salads, poke and grain bowls.

The paper is FSC-certified with a thin PE (plastic) coating on the inside, so the bowls are not plastic-free. A 110 mm kraft paper lid is under Containers. For smaller portions, bagasse bowls come in 180, 250 and 360 ml.
