Where we deliver
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg.

Minimum order
The minimum order value is €50 (product value, excluding shipping).

Delivery times
Netherlands: 2–4 business days.
Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg: 3–6 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs
Netherlands: €6.95 for orders up to €150; free shipping for orders above €150.
Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg: €7.99 for orders up to €200; free shipping for orders above €200.
The shipping costs for your order are shown in the checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Damaged or missing shipments
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your package is damaged, incomplete or lost in transit, contact us at info@dutchbiopack.nl with your order number.
